Agency removes claim about Zoopla after complaint to watchdog

An estate agency has removed a claim that it uploads its properties to Zoopla and PrimeLocation after a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Wiltshire agency Grylls Adams was the subject of the complaint after its website stated that it uploaded properties to Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation.

However, the complainant asked the ASA whether this was misleading because he understood the agency did not use all of those portals.

After being contacted by the authority, the agency agreed to amend its website; the agency appears to use Rightmove but not Zoopla.

The complaint was lodged as informally resolved by the ASA.
