ValPal Network’s new conveyancing deal ‘can help offset fees ban impact’

Instant online valuation service The ValPal Network has revealed a conveyancing partner which it says will help agents boost referral fees.

The Network - which represents over 800 agency brands with over 4,000 offices - has named The Moving Hub as a conveyancing partner; uniquely, it offers agents up to £100 in commission per transaction upfront with no clawback after the 14-day cooling off period.

"We're constantly looking for ways to help members overcome challenges such as lower commission and the tenant fees ban. One key aspect of this strategy is negotiating the best possible deals for our members with trusted industry suppliers” says Craig Vile, director of The ValPal Network.

"Even if transactions fall through, The Moving Hub still pays agents commission. This is a fantastic incentive and is valuable to agencies at a time when fees are being squeezed from all angles and business costs continue to rise" Vile adds.

The Moving Hub's offering is white labelled, meaning agents can recommend conveyancing services in their own branding. It has also built an extensive network of licensed conveyancers and solicitors that are fully vetted.

TVPN members using associated services MovePal and PortalPal can benefit from The Moving Hub's partnership.

Peter Joseph, chief executive at The Moving Hub, adds: “We are delighted to be working in partnership with The ValPal Network. We both have a clear vision, in terms of providing added value to estate agents and their clients through investing heavily in both tech and support staff to facilitate the clients journey in a swift and transparent manner.”

The ValPal Network is owned by Angels Media, publisher of Estate Agent Today and other Today industry titles.
