Subscription-based business-to-business prime London platform LonRes has launched a new service for retained agents.
The Retained Agent Buyer Alert enables buying agents in LonRes to flag a client’s property requirements directly to selling agents across the 6,000-strong network which now extends beyond London.
The retained agent completes a short form listing their requirements – property type and price range – together with the postcode in which they are looking to buy.
The LonRes system takes that information and matches it to the agents with appropriate properties in the search area.
At the same time the system alerts the selling agent that a retained agent has a client with a specific requirement looking to buy in their area.
“It’s a free, elegant solution that benefits buying agents and estate agents alike and ultimately helps buyers find their dream house faster” says LonRes managing director Anthony Payne.
