Agents Do Charity - wining, dining, dressing up and cleaning the mud off...

Hello - it’s that time of the week again when we celebrate the agency industry’s fantastic fund-raising.

We were delighted that our Agents Do Charity feature every Friday was mentioned as one of the elements of Estate Agent Today that contributed to it winning the title of Trade Magazine of the Year at this month’s Property Press Awards - so thanks to all those who contribute to this feature for making it such a success.

Please let us know what’s happening by emailing us on press@estateagenttoday.co.uk and letting us tell the industry what great work you’re doing. And if you can send some photos too, all the better.

Now, on with the posh frocks and the smart suits, we’re first of all off to a lunch…

Norwood Property Lunch: The award winning and well respected buying agency Black Brick is supporting one of the leading fundraising events of the year – the 20th Norwood Property Lunch.

Black Brick managing partner Camilla Dell has been on the committee for the lunch for last four years and this will be the agency’s sixth year supporting the charity.

Taking place in Central London next Friday, June 7, the annual event plays host to some of the most influential property experts, developers, estate agents, influencers and professionals, who attend to show their support for Norwood.

Savills, Derwent London and Dwyer Property are amongst the sponsors, while attendees will enjoy the networking opportunities, awards and a live auction with some fabulous prizes up for grabs.

Those who have already secured their table include, private banking giants Kleinwort Hambros and  Credit Suisse, private client law firms Mischon de Reya, Harbottle and Lewis and Maurice Turnor Gardner, The Office Group, City and Docklands Property Group, Regal Group, Aston Chase and Galliard Homes to name but a few.

“This is the chance to network with all the movers and shakers of the prime London residential and commercial property world. It’s a fantastic charity to be involved with and I am thoroughly looking forward to this year, not least because we have Michael Gove MP guest speaking which will be fascinating given the current political climate” explains Camilla.

Norwood is the largest Jewish charity in the UK supporting vulnerable children and their families, children with special educational needs and people with learning disabilities. Founded in 1795, Norwood is one of the UK’s oldest charities and the only Jewish charity to enjoy the Patronage of Her Majesty The Queen.
