Vandal who attacked estate agency office surrenders to police

A man has surrendered to police after admitting smashing an estate agency's window.

The Oxford Mail reports that a 30-year-old from Abingdon, who has not been named by police, came forward following a CCTV appeal earlier this month.

He admitted smashing the glass window of the business in central Oxford at about 1am on Sunday, March 24.

The Mail says he was handed an adult restorative disposal for criminal damage, after paying for the victim’s insurance excess.

Earlier this month police issued CCTV in relation to the event, showing a blurry image of a man who could have 'vital information' about what happened.
