Family-run Chelsea agency Russell Simpson is marking 40 years of business by expanding for the first time in its history, opening a new base to serve Kensington, Notting Hill, Bayswater and Holland Park.
“After four decades in the heart of Chelsea dealing with property across the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster we now feel that it is a good time to grow our presence in the northern part of the borough” says the company’s founder Alan Russell.
Meanwhile Marsh & Parsons - part of the LSL Property Services group which is seeing branch closures for its Your Move and Reeds rains brands - has opened a new offices in Willesden Green.
