Three portals to debate future of sector at PropTech conference

Three portals are to reveal their thoughts on how their platforms and others are likely to develop at this spring’s annual FUTURE PropTech event.

The event, on May 14 in London, will see speakers from Rightmove, Zoopla and the new portal OneDome debating the sector’s trends and likely future changes.

Highlights for agents at the event, in addition to the portal debate, include contributions from London agency owner Kristan Byfield - who is also co-founder at The Depositary PropTech start-up -, Tom Mundy from lettings tech firm Goodlord, and Katie Griffin, an agency owner and past president of the National Association of Estate Agents.

There is also a 20 per cent discount for Estate Agent Today readers - for those booking their tickets here, the code ANGEL2019 will see a fifth wiped off the price.

Since its launch in 2015, the FUTURE PropTech conferences have been held in three different countries.

Some 2,000 delegates are expected in London in May, when the event will follow the theme ‘Open Collaboration’.
