OnTheMarket takes to the air with commercial radio campaign

OnTheMarket will be “blanketing the commercial radio landscape” as well as engaging in sports and agency industry sponsorship programmes over the coming months.

It says its March/April marketing campaign will deliver over 3,000 radio spots reaching 29m adults who will have the opportunity to hear it an average of 6.5 times.

The portal says it is accessing the biggest commercial radio stations again, as it did in January, with presence on Heart FM, LBC, talkSPORT, Radio X, Kiss FM, and Absolute Radio as well as many local stations.

The portal will also be sponsoring traffic and travel updates that are broadcast over 200 commercial radio stations.

OTM will also be exhibiting at the NAEA/ARLA Propertymark regional conference in Glasgow next week, and is sponsoring the annual conference of estate agency Hunters in York on March 29 and the ARLA Propertymark Conference at ExCeL in London on April2 . 

Next weekend its advertising will also be seen at Murrayfield in Edinburgh during the Scotland v Wales Six Nations rugby match.

The portal will be continuing its investment in paid-search and there will be an app download campaign on Facebook and Instagram.   

OTM says its digital activity is strengthened further by its listing integration partnership with Facebook Marketplace - it is now the only major portal which such a partnership.

Helen Whiteley, commercial director of OnTheMarket, says the portal’s marketing strategy is working: "It has played a key part in producing strong network effects. We are continuing to invest heavily to create value for our customers by generating strong growth in visits to the portal and providing increasing numbers of quality leads to our agents.
