New portal says it’s better than Rightmove and Zoopla for investors

A portal powered by Artificial Intelligence claims it is offering investors a much-needed and superior alternative to Rightmove and Zoopla.

One & Only Pro claims that its sole aim is to help investors find the best deals, which sets its apart from all other portals designed for owner-occupier buyers.

The site was launched late last year, apparently after two years of development.

It currently claims to have over 100,000 “opportunities”, almost 7,000 of which are Below Market Value with almost 13,000 listings yielding higher than 7.0 per cent.

"Sites like Rightmove and Zoopla are fantastic at helping home movers to find their next property but they're not as useful for investors aiming to unearth a gem" explains Henri Sant-Cassia, website chief executive.

"This is predominantly down to a lack of investment information … Unlike traditional portals which can be used to search databases and filter listings, our technology uses an algorithm to score each property opportunity from 1 to 10 depending on its growth and profitability potential” he adds, claiming investors have been “crying out” for such a website.

The site says it has now enhanced its listing and shows investment analysis, yield calculator and a mortgage calculator.

"All investors need to know how much they're going to spend and how much they can expect to make. We therefore want to provide all this information in one place so they can spend more time weighing up the pros and cons of a particular opportunity, rather than getting bogged down in working out the financials" he says.

The site uses Land Registry data to detail price rises and average asking prices, and uses AI to give each listing a score out of 10.

"We're extremely confident in our technology, so we want to show investors that our algorithm is successful in identifying the most profitable property opportunities" insists Sant-Cassia.
