Every staff member at a branch of the Connells-owned William H Brown agency has been promoted, after it was voted one of the best offices in the 600-strong group.
The success came at Connells Group’s annual conference last month when the branch at Diss in Norfolk was named in the top 10 best performing branches for 2018.
Branch partner Katherine MacKenzie has told the local media in the area: “This is a wonderful achievement and we are incredibly proud to be named one of the business’ top performing branches. As well as this award, each member of the team is also celebrating being recently promoted for their hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.”
“We are all very proud of our promotions and, ultimately, our position within the top 10 offices, which recognises both our customer service and strong team in the branch” she continued.
Although Connells’ corporate HQ has not responded to an EAT request for a comment, it is thought that the Diss office was amongst the most profitable in the country.
