Please email us your appointments news on press@estateagenttoday.co.uk and you could be featuring next week.

“Countrywide is a great business to be part of.  The people, the network and complementary products are unrivalled and I was delighted to be asked to return to lead such a large project. I look forward to working with them again on the next one” John says in a statement issued by the firm.

Now to Cambridge where the 13th office in the network of property consultancy Bruton Knowles has opened.

Amanda Briggs (centre) is the partner heading it up. she had previously worked at Bruton Knowles for 10 years to 2006, during which time she managed offices in Leatherhead and Aylesbury, and provided support for the Birmingham office. In the intervening 13 years she has been at Bidwells.

”I know the Bruton Knowles brand and understand what the business can offer. The regional market would appear to be very well provided for but I know that the team at Bruton Knowles makes all the difference with a more personal, more unique, more appealing service for clients and always prepared to go that extra mile” she says.

“That’s why they have already established such a strong presence in and around Cambridge. It will feel good to be back at the coalface and working to build a successful team and business here.”

Now to LSL Property Services, which has announced two new client relationship managers to the specialist Land & New Homes part exchange hub.

Kirsty Buzzard (left) and Denise Appleby (right), who have 30 years combined experience in the house building industry, will be responsible for developing relationships with key account holders.

Kirsty will be covering the Northern regions and Denise the Southern regions.

The announcement comes on the back of the PX Hub’s relocation to Nottingham earlier this year and a 100 per cent increase in staff numbers to enhance the services it offers.

Howard Russell was Purplebricks’ property manager, lettings manager and finally lettings operations director amongst other roles.

Now he has joined Accommodation.co.uk to look after its network of Local Lettings Consultants.
