Good mews as prime agency bucks trend and opens new office

London’s specialist mews estate agency, Lurot Brand, is opening a new office in the capital.

Established in 1971 and widely regarded as the most authoritative voice on mews properties in London, Lurot Brand has been operating from three offices until now, at Hyde Park, South Kensington and Notting Hill.

And at a time when some London agencies are drawing in their office network, Lurot Brand is to open a new office at Belsize Park managed by Noah Pearlman, a north London resident with over a decade of local area property area knowledge in Belsize Park, Hampstead and Camden.

“We are confident that adding a new office to our postcode reach will be welcomed by old and new clients alike, as they recognise that no other company understands the mews market quite like we do” says the agency’s general manager James Robinson.

He says that opening the office has been spurred on by the mews expert agency receiving increasing demands from property owners and would-be buyers looking to sell or purchase a suitable home or investment mews property north of Regent’s Park NW1.

Noah Perlman himself says: “I’m thrilledMy career in property has covered everything from railway arches to property gems, so joining the mews community encompasses everything I love about property from the quirky to the architectural.”

Meanwhile another well-known agency name in prime London - Beauchamp Estates - has opened an office in Tel Aviv.

“Tel Aviv is an international wealth hub known for its cutting edge technology businesses, diamond exchange and financial firms. The beachfront city also offers an outstanding Mediterranean lifestyle and exceptional luxury apartments and villas. The Beauchamp Estates office opening will allow our Israeli and international clients to receive a first-class service when looking to either buy or rent property in Tel Aviv and surrounding suburbs” explains Gary Hersham, the founding director of the firm.

The company says this location was a logical choice “for our global roll-out.”
