Six-figure Park Lane refurb for The Guild and Fine & Country now open

The six-figure refurb of the office on London’s Park Lane occupied by The Guild and Fine & Country is officially launching tomorrow.

The redesign was undertaken by interiors company Base Interior which oversaw the project to ensure - in the words of the press release - “the space emanates the sophistication and style that has become synonymous with the brand, providing a refreshed and contemporary new look.”

Part of the office refurbishment will be an update of all marketing material and websites to reflect updated images of the new-look Park Lane office.

“Over the years much of the brand’s identity has been modelled around the look and feel of the Park Lane office. It is a showroom for the network in a prime location, advertising property 24/7 and increasing exposure. The newly thought-out, modern and open space will be the ideal setting to hold exhibitions and to showcase properties from Fine & Country” says David Lindley, chief executive of Fine & Country.

“We are in one of the most prestigious addresses in the country with an interior design to match. So why not put the space to good use and open it up to our members who want to build on their connections in the financial hub” says The Guild of Property Professionals’ chief executive, Iain McKenzie.

“We encourage all our members to utilise the space to generate new business opportunities in the capital,” he concludes.
