Fine & Country has opened its latest office in the Lancashire town of Rossendale, specialising in high-end properties across the county.
The office is headed by local property experts Peter and Emma Farrow, who have over 14 years’ experience in property sales and lettings.
The couple have owned Farrow & Farrow estate and letting agency since 2013 and marked their first weekend under the Fine & Country banner by agreeing two sales and book three valuations in its opening weekend.

Co-director Emma Farrow says being part of the 300-plus F&C network means “we are uniquely placed to better serve the top end of the market within the region by providing lifestyle marketing, wide-ranging exposure, outstanding service and bespoke presentation of our properties to regional, national and international markets.”
