Industry supplier Mid West Displays has drafted in students from the University of Wolverhampton to design future estate agency branches.
The company has worked with the institution to launch a design project for final year interior design students at the university.
Over a 12 week period the firm’s design team will mentor the students as they brainstorm and design the next generation of offices, incorporating changes in consumer behaviour, design trends and technological developments.
The winning designer will receive a short internship at Mid West Displays where they will work on current agency projects, developing hands-on experience in branch design.
Head of Design at Mid West Displays, Jason Fernandes, says: “Incorporating changes in consumer behaviour, design and technology is a big challenge for the students and we will be supporting them throughout the project.”
The students’ final designs will be revealed in December.
