Jerry, playing the disgruntled boss of A N Other estate agency, has just returned to the office from missing out on an instruction because of what he calls “an online agent who’s probably going to charge them £99 and told them it’s worth £50,000 more than I have - and it ain’t worth that.”
Suffering from a severe biscuit-shortage, Jerry then goes on to lift the lid on what estate agents’ descriptions really mean. Blame him, not EAT - and somehow, he’s still in business winning property clients...
