Agency's Property Marketing Academy to offer training across nine brands

The fast-expanding Spicerhaart group has launched its own in-house Property Marketing Academy and has secured a well-known industry trainer and coach to spread training across nine brands.

John Murray (pictured centre) - previously the head of training and development for Arun Estates and before that a successful Countrywide agent - will be responsible for training Spicerhaart’s property marketing consultants across its brands - haart, Chewton Rose, Felicity, J Lord, Haybrook, butters john bee, Brian Holt, Darlows and Howards.

“I’ll be responsible for helping the company’s property marketing consultants and take them from good to great. We’re creating new materials looking at the whole process and customer experience, with a view to ensuring that we always exceed our customers’ expectations” explains Murray.

“It’s such a rewarding job. When you get an email or a text from someone who’ve made real progress as a result of your training and coaching, it just gives you the biggest buzz ever.”

Murray was the primary lister for Mann Estate Agents in 2015, winning the 'Most Listings By Any Branch' accolade within Countrywide’s east region subsidiary of  some 120 branches.

“The creation of our new Property Marketing Academy with John at the helm complements and strengthens our teams and underlines our commitment to ensuring our staff receive the best coaching possible” explains Spicerhaart Group chief executive Paul Smith (pictured right).
