All-expenses trip to New York: now THAT'S an estate agency bonus...

Over 100 ‘top achievers’ from Connells Group have just enjoyed an all-expenses paid trip to New York as a thank you from the bosses for a successful 2017.

The annual Top Achievers trip for those from the Sequence and Connells agencies  is designed by the group to recognise “those who have generated exceptional results through continued commitment and excellence within their role.”

In the past they’ve gone to Monte Carlo, Las Vegas and Dubai and in keeping with that glamourous tradition the latest trip was to New York.

Hosted by Connells Group estate agency chief executive David Plumtree, this year’s trip consisted of a three night stay at one of the Big Apple’s most iconic hotels - the Lotte New York Palace.

The 100 also enjoyed helicopter rides over the city, speedboat trips and jet skiing on the Hudson, guided sightseeing tours and shopping trips, happy hour at the top of the One World Observatory, spa treatments for relaxation and a range of US super-sized dining experiences.

“Well done to all those Top Achievers who, through their outstanding performances last year, earnt themselves a place on this fantastic trip” says Plumtree.

“At Connells Group our staff are our most valuable asset and it is only right that we celebrate the talent within our business and reward hard work through the best and most memorable experiences.”

What a joke this is. Used to work for the company and it’s all about if your face fits. It’s the same branch’s and people who go every year. An excuse for the senior management to have a jolly and seriously misbehave. I wonder how Skipton Building Society vide this?? Perhaps they don’t know what really goes on.
