OnTheMarket has announced that industry software company Reapit is introducing a real time data feed for its clients to upload their properties instantly to the portal.
The service - also be available to small agents subscribing to Reapit’s JET service - will be triggered shortly at no additional charge to clients.
“We are very pleased to be working with OnTheMarket on this important project. The real-time data feed will allow new instructions to be marketed within minutes and ensure that updates to properties in our clients’ CRM systems are reflected online without delay” explains Reapit chief executive Gary Barker.
Meanwhile a Credit Suisse survey has given a boost to ZPG’s MoveIT tool which the bank says could "...boost agent revenue by 9.9 per cent...".
The claim came in a report from the bank which wrote: “We believe MoveIT makes the attractive economics of referrals available to more agents, including those who do not offer referral services currently as they perceive it to be too difficult or time consuming. It could also improve conversion of referrals by systematically automating emails to customers, to coincide with different points in their buying/selling experience when they are most likely to take the service.”
