The Guild of Property Professionals has given details of a strong field of potential winners in this week’s ESTAS awards.
This year the award ceremony, which takes place this Friday at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel, includes a category exclusively for Guild members, celebrating the agent with the best sales record and customer service in the country.
Seventy-eight Guild Members were shortlisted for awards this year.
There were 49 shortlisted agents in sales, 11 in national sales, 10 in lettings rated by landlords and eight in the lettings rated by tenant categories.
Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie has told those shortlisted: “Your hard work has not gone unnoticed. The Guild’s own award shows the power and size of the network, and we are excited to be moving from strength to strength in 2018.
“We’re thrilled to have partnered with the ESTAS this year. It is a fantastic organisation that puts the measurement of success right where it should be; in the satisfaction of our customers. Having so many Guild Members nominated is truly the cherry on top.”
