A PropTech firm claims its new tool gives people the option of running an entire agency...from a phone.
BestAgent, which has built an uploading tool allowing agents to publish new instructions to portals while still being on an appraisal, says until recently it has been impossible to rely solely on a smartphone to do business.
However, it now claims that its tool allows agents to impress prospective clients by saying they can start marketing a property before they walk out of it.
“Taking photographs used to be dependent on a high-tech, pricey cameras. Followed by agents racing back to the office, upload their photos onto their computer, and then upload such images onto their software, by which time a day has passed and all-important views have been missed” claims a statement from BestAgent.
“Today however, that same quality photograph can be captured by your smartphone, and with internet access can be ... instantly published to Rightmove and/or Zoopla, as well as your agency’s website” it continues.
It claims that PDF property details, once requiring desktop technology, can also soon be implemented from your phone, as well as registering applicants anywhere, within minutes, complete with automatic GDPR consent.
