The Future:PropTech event on May 2 is now under six weeks away and more details have been released about speakers and topics under discussion.
In numbers, it’s now expected that there will be over 1,200 delegates with representatives from over 400 companies; there will be over 40 speakers.
The theme of the event is ‘Digital Transformation Throughout The Property Cycle’ and three stages will look at Residential, Innovative and Commercial property themes.
Perhaps the most appealing (and controversial) event will be after lunch at the Modernising Your Agency session.
This involves Lee Wainwright (Purplebricks’ UK chief executive) and Anthony Codling (equity analyst at Jefferies International and the author of a report on the sales record of Purplebricks and other online agencies). Rest assured, this will be the best-attended session of the day...
However there will be many other fascinating discussions on the future of lettings, how innovation can solve the housing crisis, the advent of Build To Rent, and of course a host of networking opportunities.
