There’s to be the first-ever Residential Agent Zone at next year’s FUTURE PropTech event to be held on May 14.
The zone will feature a stage for all-day discussions, 18 curated brand exhibitors, eightof which will be startups that are brand new to the market.
Perhaps most attractive of all there ill be a Networking Bar in the zone, too.
Event chief executive Gary Chimwa says residential agents are facing unique challenges and therefore require unique solutions.
The agency sector is facing disruption from online and hybrid agents but not all tech is negatively disruptive, he insists.
“We want to change mindsets and get everyone across Real Estate embracing technology” Chimwa insists.
He says there are huge opportunities for ‘forward thinking agents … willing to embrace innovation and technology’ and concludes by saying the new zone will showcase “the most cutting-edge solutions, expert thought-leadership and high-level networking opportunities tailored for estate agents.”
Since its launch in 2015, FUTURE PropTech has expanded into three countries the and has upcoming events in Berlin and Vienna as well as London.
