The ValPal Network, an automated valuation system, has for the first time provided over 100,000 leads to agents in just one month.
The ValPal Network now represents 797 agency brands with around 4,000 branches and in October it produced 102,999 leads; based on historical performances, some 18 per cent of those are likely to be converted to sales.
The four areas which saw the largest number of leads last month were the North East (14,970); the North West (12,890); followed by the West Midlands (10,974) and Central Southern (10,565).
