An estate agency has had to alter a listing on Rightmove following a complaint to the Advertising Standards Authority.
Gravesend-based Waterman House Estates advertised on property on Rightmove, describing it as a “one bedroom flat for sale.”
The complaint suggested this was misleading and the advertiser told the ASA that the listing would be changed to “studio flat.”
The issue was categorised by the ASA as informally resolved.
