A new online agency says it is currently focussing on one large city but will expand to cover the whole of the UK.
Indlu calls itself “the local online estate agent” and is currently focusing on west Manchester and Manchester city centre with a planned expansion into East Manchester.
It then says it will expand into “the remainder of the UK.”
The company says customers can expect to receive expert knowledge from a local Indlu agent “who can answer any queries or questions through online channels on a 24/7 basis.”
The company charges a fixed fee from £995 plus VAT which “includes full account management, expert knowledge, support throughout the entire process and full sales progression whilst the no sale, no fee guarantee gives you complete peace of mind.”
Properties are listed on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation.
Its promotional material says: “It is Indlu’s low fixed fees, real-world expertise and exceptional customer service skills that make the online estate agent such a fierce competitor who is set to make a big impression on the Manchester property market.”
On its website Indlu has a ‘savings calculator’ which - based on the agency’s lowest priced £995 plus VAT service - compares this with traditional estate agent fees. The calculator’s range of fees charged by traditional agents runs from 1.0 per cent to 2.0 per cent.
The Indlu website says that it operates in the same group as Hopwood House, formed in 2005 when Pure Property Overseas Limited and The Overseas Investor merged.
“Although we are based in the UK, our global network of agents enables us to offer a truely global perspective on property investment and our portfolio consists of thousands of properties in destinations including the UK, Spain, Portugal and Cyprus” says the Hopwood site.
