A new ‘quick buy’ property company claims it will make an offer on any home within 24 hours of the vendor completing online details.
Yes Homebuyers was launched late last year and says it’s targeting sellers who was “a fast, convenient sale”, and its promotional material lists those emigrating, going through a divorce or separation, or dealing with bereavement as likely consumers.
As with many such services, the firm wants vendors to give details online, with a cash offer pledged within 24 hours; if the offer is accepted, the legal process begins.
The firm says “Yes Homebuyers also takes out insurances for the common problems that cause delays in normal sales, cutting out several of the traditional problems that arise when using solicitors.”
A spokesman for the Chester-based operation says the process is “simple and super-fast” meaning “there is no need for the house to sit around on the market.”
