Start-up offers free software to agents with under 50 listings

A PropTech start-up says its booking, valuation and communication tools will be available free of charge to any agency with fewer than 50 properties on their books.

OneDome, which offers high street agents software packages to help them compete with online operators, says that after the first 50 properties the costing is £1.50 per property per month, with customised pricing for larger agencies.

“We are here to collaborate with agents, not make money from them. Technology has the ability to make everything easy and better for the customer. There is nothing to fear from offering an even better online experience” according to OneDome founder and chief executive, Babek Ismayil.

“Our technology gives everyone access to a single platform, meaning that buyers can do their research, purchase, procure conveyancing and financing all under one login. Better still, they can use an established and experienced high street agent, who was previously unable to offer this technology” he adds.

Should a buyer go on to buy conveyancing services or finance through the platform, a referral fee will automatically be passed to the agent.

OneDome’s booking tools also allow customers to book appointments straight into estate agents’ calendars.

All telephone numbers and email addresses are verified and a report is sent to the relevant agent showing available information on the customer from their social media profiles.
