The Marylebone office will focus on Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Hyde Park Estate, Kings Cross/St Pancras and Paddington; Beauchamp already has a Mayfair head office, a St John’s Wood office and its own Private Office.

Beauchamp’s founder and managing director Gary Hersham has grown the company over the past 40 years. “We are delighted to have been able to merge with Hanover West End. We believe that Alex and Richard are strong and professional and we are proud to have them as part of the Beauchamp Estates group” he says.

Beauchamp Estates’ statement announcing the merger calls the newly-enlarged company “London’s premier luxury, ultra-prime estate agent and number one fee earner”.

The agency, which also has offices in Cannes, Florence and Mykonos plus associates in New York and Israel, says its London activities cover properties priced from £500,000 to £200m.
