A major regional agency with offices in Kent, Surrey and Sussex says its new online service - Howard Cundey LIVE - is a ‘fourth way’ to serve customers on top of its existing high street branches, regional network, and auction option.
The agency’s chief executives and co-founders Dan Berrisford and Tim Foulkes say the LIVE service, launched earlier this month, is “giving customers control over their property marketing alongside personal assistance along the journey.”
In a statement, the pair say that the technology in the new service creates a “true online model” which - along with the firm’s reputation and experience - can “rival the large corporate online companies.”
As with recent models put forward by Countrywide for sales and Humberts for lettings, the Howard Cundey customer can switch between online and traditional services provided by the agency.
The fee to place a property on the market is an upfront fee of £599 inclusive of VAT.
