Agency with online option amongst new members of regional group

Experts in Property - the network of independent estate agencies across Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset and Bristol - has revealed two new members.

One is Harding & Wakefield, a Falmouth agency owned and run by directors Samuel Harding and Ben Wakefield. It has a traditional full service option for customers and also an Online Only service - although this includes photography, a For Sale board and sales as part of the deal.

“The market and ways we engage with it are changing; there are now far more ways for everyone to view and interact with property than before and we feel it is absolutely vital for these changes to be reflected in the way we approach estate agency. Working together with 80 offices as part of the Experts in Property will only enhance, enrich and strengthen our offering, and we’re really proud to be a member of the network” says Wakefield.

The second new member is Etherington Goss based on the edge of Bridport and established almost two years ago by director, Martin Etherington-Simons.

Amongst this agency’s USPs are the use of aerial photography and video walk-throughs, as well as communications through SMS, email, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp.

The Experts in Property is a non-profit making company run by its members with a small team of paid staff; homes for sale with members of the network are featured on www.theexpertsinproperty.co.uk as well as every member’s web site.

For some homes members offer enhanced marketing through a magazine, specialist website www.distinctlywestcountry.com and an office on London’s Regent Street.
