The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country have launched a new referral system app which allows its members to refer buyers and sellers to others across the country.
The new referral system and the accompanying app make the process mobile, simpler and more profitable than ever before, the organisations claim.
New software will track the process stage by stage, with automatic updates when the property is listed or exchanged through the referral system app, which is now available to download in the AppStore and via Google Play.
“This system will strengthen our huge network of independent estate agents even further. By referring buyers and sellers to the best agencies across the UK, we can deliver a higher level of service to our clients, while providing a crucial revenue stream for Guild agents during this tumultuous time for the property market” says Guild chief executive Iain McKenzie.
The Guild and Fine & Country have set up a dedicated hotline and marketing campaign.
The Guild, which claims 800 independent agent members, recently merged with easyProperty; Fine & Country have around 300 offices worldwide.
