Franchise estate and lettings group HomeXperts has announced the latest areas where it has recruited local property experts.
They are Berkshire, Essex, Kent and the West Midlands.
Earlier this year the agency advertised for new franchisees, seeking “determined self-starters” operating locally but receiving centralised training and support. “Our top earning franchisees have earned over £25,000 in invoiced commissions in a calendar month” it claimed.
The agency says it converts eight out of 10 market appraisals to business, compared to an industry average of around a third, and claims it sells at 98 per cent of the original asking price compared to an industry average of 90 per cent.
However, these figures are based on 100 sales analysed in July 2014.
