Four branch agency and auctions firm announces board restructure

Midlands estate agency and property auctions firm Loveitts has announced a series of internal promotions to bolster its board.

Former associate directors Sally Smith, Paul Barnes and Chris Edsall have all been given full board responsibility.

They will work alongside company directors Peter Rosier, Kendall Head and John Pugh to steer the business through a period of 'significant growth'.

Loveitts, which has branches in Coventry, Leamington Spa, Nuneaton and Southam, claims to be Coventry and Warwickshire's longest established property firm.

The firm also runs Coventry's only dedicated auction house alongside commercial, property management and new homes divisions.

“This is a truly exciting time for Loveitts and the latest appointments to our board reflect the impressive growth of the business," says Peter Rosier, Loveitts' managing director.

“Whilst the market is constantly in a state of flux, we firmly believe there is always a role for a high quality service.”

“We are thrilled to be welcoming Sally, Paul and Chris to our board of directors and their appointment is a testament to their hard work and dedication to our growing business,” he says.
