Fresh website for the Guild of Property Professionals

The Guild of Property Professionals, which has over 800 agent members across the country, has this week launched a new website.

The member association says that the new design embodies its ‘refreshed look and philosophy’.

Aiming to appeal more to consumers, the new site provides guides for vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants, as well as a range of tools including stamp duty calculators and an instant online valuation tool.

All properties being advertised by Guild member agents will continue to be featured on the website, which can be viewed here.

The site has also been designed to support members by sending referrals, sharing their properties and contact details with visitors and educating consumers on what to look for in a property professional.

“We are confident that the new site will become a trusted resource for consumers, to guide them through the buying and selling process,” says Iain McKenzie, chief executive of the Guild.

This month, the Guild is holding its annual regional meetings - taking place in 10 different locations.

The sessions aim to keep members up to date on industry developments and also provide agents with the opportunity to meet new chief executive Iain McKenzie, who was appointed in March.
