A former partner of Strutt & Parker in prime central London has set up his own firm to provide what he describes as the ‘impeccable service’ clients demand.
Simon Rose, who has worked in PCL for 30 years, has set up Rose & Partners to “sell, advise, acquire property on behalf of clients and offer rental and general property advice.”
Last year, as Brexit hit, Rose felt that it was a good time to move. He says: “The high street agents were finding it tough, struggling with high overheads, expensive high street premises, competition of online agency services and having more and more to justify their fees.”
“Just as a private banker or wealth manager takes care of all his client’s financial needs, I aim to do the same for my clients’ residential property needs, working only with a handful of clients at any given time” her says.
“I offer a very personal, authentic working relationship with my clients; delivering better results than any competitor,” he claims. “I am lucky that I have many friends and former colleagues in agency and I will continue to work closely with them. My priority is delivering the results and impeccable service that clients seek from me”.
