HomeXperts says it has recruited new franchisees covering Dorset, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire.
Some 18 months ago the chain - which then had fewer than 30 franchisees - secured a £250,000 business loan with the aim of expanding to over 40 franchisees.
Since then it has announced other new operators in Birmingham, Cheshire, Hampshire, Nottinghamshire and Surrey and surrounding areas.
HomeXperts franchisees work from home and the firm says most of its business comes from personal referrals, thus incentivising its agents to perform strongly; it says it converts eight out of 10 market appraisals to business, compared to an industry average of a third.
HomeXperts founder and managing director Sussanne Chambers claims that her franchisees “typically achieve 98.1% of the original asking price on sales” - a figure based on 100 sales in the period leading to July 2014.
