Two conveyancing sector companies are claiming major advances for their products.
Free2Convey, which claims to be the first conveyancing portal offering free real time access to chain status information, says it’s seen a 55 per cent rise in live users over recent months, doubling its number of users since inception last summer.
It says the new users are estate agents, law firms and some individuals. “There is no need to double key data and it’s available free of charge to law firms with or without a case management system. With the live user numbers we’re seeing, we believe that firms and individuals are beginning to realise the benefits” a spokesman says.
