Marsh & Parsons has expanded its Residential Development & Investment team - just one of a number of agencies to announce staff changes this week.
Rory Cramer becomes Head of Consultancy & Strategy and Alex Greaves is now Head of Sales at the New Homes Department.
Both Cramer and Greaves join from CBRE and have over 10 years of experience in the residential development market.
Cramer worked closely with international and domestic investors and developers in central London on projects including Fitzroy Place, South Bank Tower and One Nine Elms. Before this, he worked at Hamptons International.
Greaves gained extensive experience working on development consultancy, residential investments and acquisitions as well as projects, such as the South Bank Tower and Fulham Riverside throughout his six years at CBRE. Prior to this, he worked at Harrods Estates specialising in super prime London property sales and at Chestertons.
Marsh & Parsons RDI business was first started three years ago and now offers development consultancy, sales advice, development marketing and sales and acquisition capabilities. It advises clients such as Mount Anvil, Crest Nicholson and Frasers Property, and is supported by Marsh & Parsons agency network of 28 offices.
Meanwhile the independent estate, land and fine art agency McCartneys, which has 15 branches cross Shropshire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Powys, has made a flurry of new appointments following the retirement of chairman John Uffold.
The new chairman is Glyn Owens, who has been with the firm 33 years. In addition there are five new partners - Mark Fish based in Ludlow, Simon Edwards in Brecon, Jamie Tulloch in Welshpool, Katie Morris in Knighton and Zoe Herbert at Phipps and Pritchard with McCartneys in Kidderminster.
