Fine & Country has opened a new office at Lymington in the New Forest.
The branch is using staff from local firm Caldwells Estate Agents, headed up by Jeremy and Julian Caldwell who have over 30 years of property experience. The administrative assistant is Jessica Hartnell.
Jeremy Caldwell describes his patch as having “residents are predominantly retired, but there are also many commuters and families.”
The office is to specialise in properties from around £800,000 up to £12m and includes holiday and second homes, equestrian and waterside properties as well as more mainstream owner occupier units.
Fine & Country has offices in 300 locations around the world including in the UK, Dubai, Egypt, France, Namibia, Portugal, Spain, South Africa, West Africa, Russia, Australia and Hungary.
