Your office decorations wrapped up

So here it is … a very Merry Christmas from Estate Agent Today and Angels Media, with our very best wishes to all agents and their families for a peaceful and relaxing time.

In line with the rest of the industry, this is our last working day until EAT (and sister publication Letting Agent Today) both hit your inboxes again on Thursday December 28. And of course, if there are big stories breaking over the holidays, we will Newsflash them to you.

Running pictures of your office decorations and festivities has become something of a tradition and we’re delighted to say a big ‘thank you’ once again this year to the dozens of agencies who have provided us with images to lift the wintry spirits.

Amongst our final photographs this year comes one from the very appropriately-named Enfield sales and letting agency, Angels Homes and Lettings (no relation to Angels Media, by the way).

Branch manager Prem Singh kindly sent in the image - and if you’re wondering where the decorations are, Prem explains….

“We decided not to decorate the office as it would cost about £250 to £300 to look good but we felt this money would be better used for a charity this year. It could be used to buy the homeless some meals or some other charitable use.

“We are currently also choosing a charity at the moment to donate about £1,000 this year and we will use the Christmas decorations money also for a charity.”

And finally, our thanks go to the team at Dafydd Hardy estate agents in north Wales - and we’ve a spectacular video to show how they got Christmas well and truly wrapped up.

The message from the firm says: “The property management team applied their excellent problem-solving skills to decorating their manager’s desk. The detail of the work was not lost on their boss when she returned from holiday (only after they’d confirmed it was done in their own time!)”
