Currell is defying any gloomy predictions about the capital's housing market by opening a new office at Hackney Wick Fish Island.
Currell handles residential sales and lettings and has commercial activities; all will be handled by the new office which will also serve nearby areas such as the Queen Elizabeth Park, Stratford and Leyton.
Currell is the first established agency to open an office in the area. Back in the 1990s Hackney Wick and Fish Island were known for their large selection of artists' studios - the largest such concentration in Europe.
The new office has a bespoke 3D model of the area including new developments planned for the area.
Currell, founded in 1990, has a branch network of eight offices across Islington and Hackney and currently employs over 100 staff.
