The industry appears to be embracing this year’s Halloween celebrations like never before - tomorrow’s the big day but we’ve got some more agents’ pics to whet your appetite today.

To get you in the mood for tomorrow, online agency HouseSimple has been in touch with some gory news about the below-average numbers of transactions that have taken place in the past year in a few devilishly-named places.
These include Broomstick Lane at Tring in Hertfordshire, Crucifix Lane in Camberwell, south London, and Headless Close at Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria. Witches Lane at Sevenoaks in Kent and Coffin Close in Swindon haven’t done too well either.
But if it’s pictures you’re after, here is a particularly spooky advertisement from the Greenwich office of Marsh & Parsons. Thanks to Marcus Flacks from the company for sending it in.
If that’s not scary enough, here are some blood-curdling pics from the chief executive of Angels Media, Nat Daniels, publisher of Estate Agent Today.
