Another estate agency has signed up to Experts in Property, a network of independent agents with 80 offices across the west country.
Lees & Waters, based in Bridgwater, Somerset, has joined the network which recently announced a London affiliate to give its members’ properties exposure to buyers in the capital.
Established in 2012 by directors Andrew Lee and Wayne Waters, Lees & Waters concentrates on marketing and selling residential property in Bridgwater and the surrounding areas towards Burnham on Sea, Taunton, Watchet and Street.
The network offers a marketing service, a dedicated portal and a magazine, and ensures the promotion of each member’s stock through other network agencies.
Lees & Waters has also moved into its own dedicated sales premises on Bridgwater High Street, close to the branch premises which until recently it shared with its lettings operation.
