Prime central London’s housing market may be suffering a well-publicised downturn but one agency has defied the negative mood by launching a new office in the heart of Mayfair.
Pastor Real Estate - which is also involved in property development in both London and Monaco - is opening a new sales office at 11 Curzon Street, which is located opposite to the agency’s main office at 48 Curzon Street.
“The new opening cements our commitment to the area and we look forward to a successful 2017” says David Lee, head of sales.
The firm says it is equipped with the skills to sell, let and manage properties, and has a team of in-house architects “to deliver high-profile refurbishments and project manage high-end interior design.”
Their dedicated property manager exudes a talent for meeting the highest expectations of both the landlords and tenants.
