Estate agents are to be given access to PropertyBOX – a free floor plan and photo enhancing app.
The app comes from KeyAGENT and the marketing firm is claiming it to be a 'world first'.
PropertyBOX will allow agents to upload an unlimited number of photos and floor plan sketches which are processed into digitised, ready-to-use images.
Previously, the app has been used internally by KeyAGENT's staff, but it is now being offered up to agents.
In the past, the software only accepted professional photographers' files. However, the latest version will accept all file types from photos taken on an iPhone to images from a DSLR camera.
KeyAGENT says another of the app's key components is its rapid file processing which provides speedy results for users.
The app is going live on October 3 and KeyAGENT is limiting its launch sign up to just 100 agents.
"Capping our invite over the coming month allows us to test the tech and the wider proposition," says KeyAGENT co-founder and product director Tim Wright.
"We know the tech works but we expect some predictable and interesting challenges as we work towards our vision of enhancing every property in the UK."
PropertyBOX was first designed in 2011 and KeyAGENT's managing director, Rolf Groenewold, says his team have been refining the product for the last five years.
"We are now at a stage where the wider market appreciation for visual assets and cloud applications have matured to such a degree that the time is right to get everyone involved in our little bit of PropTech magic," he says.
