Guild launches new tool collating agents' data from all major portals

The Guild of Professional Estate Agents has launched a new tool to analyse members’ own performance by analysing data from the major portals.

The tool, called Guild Intelligence, collates data from portals and produces comparable ranked statistics on the local market for sales and lettings which updates each week, including new instructions, time on market and sales withdrawn.

Users can drill down into the statistics by postcode, estate agent, property type and time period, allowing them to assess their own performance over time.

The Guild is also launching an online valuation tool inviting website visitors to generate an instant property valuation using Land Registry data. Users can also view ‘neighbourhood’ sold properties and the prices achieved.

These are the latest of a range of new online tools now available to agents from different sources.

In recent weeks we have reported on the relaunched CallWell service which has new call-management products and on a survey of 2,100 agents by ValPal - a product from Angels Media, which publishes Estate Agent Today and Letting Agent Today - showing its users had 22,432 online valuations made during June.
