“Following the launch of our South Kensington and Marylebone branches in 2015, our new Clerkenwell and Earls Court branches cement our presence in Zone 1. These openings will help us deliver our exceptional standard of customer care and results to even more of the prime property market” says KFH managing director Lee Watts.

Simon Boulton and Kate Bentley have been appointed sales and lettings managers of the new Clerkenwell branch, with Mark Davidson managing the new sales team and Letisah Grosvenor the lettings team in Earls Court.

Meanwhile the UK’s oldest ongoing land agency, RH & RW Clutton, has merged with Petworth based agency Peter Hughes Country Property.

RH & RW Clutton, which has roots dating back to 1743, specialising in property management across the Southeast, with offices in East Grinstead and Guildford. Peter Hughes Country Property was established in 2005 and operates around Petworth.

A full re-branding will take place next year.
