Marsh & Parsons is this month opening its second new branch of the year and its 26th across London.
The new Tufnell Park branch is in premises which have undergone a £160,000 refurbishment programme according to the agency, which last week was described by a City analyst as “outperforming Foxtons” in terms of revenue growth in the London market.
To mark the opening, the branch is offering its first 100 clients a 0.0% sales fee until August 12 - representing an average £13,050 saving per sale, it calculates.
After opening a new office at Tooting earlier this year the firm says it now has north London firmly in its sights.
“Marsh & Parsons has always traditionally been synonymous with the prime central London property markets and we’re thrilled to be extending this excellent reputation to all corners of the capital” says Liza-Jane Kelly, M&P’s sales director.
“We find that many tenants may start their search in Camden, but very quickly forfeit the extra tube stop to get more space for their money. That said, Tufnell Park is growing in popularity in its own right and we're really looking forward to joining the local community" explains Anna Ambrose, area lettings director.
