Rayner Personnel is increasing its firepower in the key south east of England recruitment market with the announcement that husband and wife team Guy and Pascale Hodge are taking over the regional franchise.
Guy Hodge has been in residential property for over 35 years, both as a director at GA Property Services (now Your Move) and then through his own firm, Lords Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames which he established in 1991 and sold in 2014.
Pascale Hodge, having previously worked for many years in both in the legal profession and in recruitment, eventually joined Lords and became a director, primarily focussing on Human Resources.
The franchise area which covers Surrey, Sussex, Kent and the south of London and is based in Epsom.
“They will be taking on a portfolio with a comprehensive range of currently available job roles. What they now need are the perfect candidates to fill these roles” says Josh Rayner, group chief executive officer.
